Twice Colonized is a documentary that follows renowned Inuit lawyer Aaju Peter, who has spent her life fighting for the rights of her people. In the wake of the unexpected loss of her youngest son, Aaju undertakes a profoundly personal journey, continuing her advocacy as a defender of Indigenous rights in the Arctic and a determined protector of her ancestral lands, as she seeks accountability from the colonial governments of Canada and Denmark.
